Richard D. Shinbaum graduated from the University of Alabama School of Law in 1974, after obtaining his Bachelor's degree from the University of Alabama in 1971. Subsequently, he went on to receive his Masters in Law from New York University in 1975. Following graduation from law school, Richard practiced in the areas of criminal and civil litigation and was appointed to the Alabama Advisory council of U.S. Civil Rights Commission. Richard is licensed to practice law in the state and federal courts of Alabama and now concentrates on consumer bankruptcy cases and civil litigation. He has served on numerous positions within the Commercial Law section of the Alabama State Bar including Newsletter Editor, Secretary, Treasurer and Chairman, He is a member of the American Bar Association; National Association of Chapter 13 Trustees and National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys. Richard has served as a featured speaker at seminars throughout the state in the area of consumer bankruptcy, is a regular television guest on WAKA Channel 8's LawLine and has been a television guest on The Time of Your Life, a weekly television show for seniors. He has taught numerous continuing legal education seminars for other lawyers on bankruptcy law.

Vonda S. McLeod graduated from Thomas Goode Jones School of Law in 1994 after receiving a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from Judson College. Following graduation from law school, Vonda served a judicial clerkship with Hon. Eugene W. Reese, Circuit Judge for the Fifteenth Judicial Circuit. Upon completing this clerkship, she began practicing in the area of personal injury and consumer bankruptcy. Today, she is licensed to practice law in the state and federal courts of Alabama and practices primarily in the area of consumer bankruptcy. She is a member of the Alabama State Bar, Bankruptcy and Commercial Law Section, American Bar Association, (Law Practice Management and Business Law section), the Federal Bar Association, National Association of Chapter 13 Trustees, National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys and is a regular panel member on WAKA Channel 8's LawLine.

Joseph R. Campbell, II graduated from the Thomas Goode Jones School of Law in 2003 after obtaining his Bachelor of Science degree from Jacksonville State University in 2000. In law school, Joe served as Student Bar Associaion Senator for two years and was a member of the Trial Competition team that finished fifth in the Southeastern Region and was also a member of the Moot court competition team. In addition, he was a member of the Dean's List and President's List. Joe is licensed to practice law in the state and federal courts of Alabama and handles cases throughout the areay in the areas of general civil litigation, particularly involving, workers' compensation, motor vehicle accidents and personal injury. He is a member of the Alabama Trial Lawyers Association the Montgomery County Trial Lawyers Association and is a regular panel member on WAKA Channel 8's LawLine.
